This coffee is a Geisha variety from the Acacia Hills farm in Tanzania, produced by Leon Christianakis. Grown in the Oldeani, Karatu region at altitudes of 1750-1950 meters, this washed processed coffee offers delicate and soft flavors of peach and jasmine, the sweetness of premium black tea and lychee, and a lingering aftertaste of lemon zest and melted sugar. Light roasted to highlight its complex flavor profile.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
