A decaffeinated single origin coffee from Volcan Azul farm in Costa Rica, produced by Alejo Castro. The Caturra variety is grown at 1500m altitude and processed using a Red Honey method before being decaffeinated via Swiss Water Process. Roasted to a medium roast level, it features flavor notes of raisins, nougat, and red fruit, with high sweetness and body, and moderate-low acidity.
