The coffee undergoes an extended anaerobic fermentation process with temperature stabilization through water introduction, followed by sun-drying in four stalls. The resulting cup exhibits red plum sweetness with pink pineapple acidity, complemented by hibiscus, rosewater, orange marmalade, and golden raisin notes.
