This coffee is sourced from the Sukarame washing station in the Aceh region of Sumatra, Indonesia, at an altitude of 1100-1500 meters. Produced by a community of 145 smallholder farmers, this Arabica coffee consists of Tim Tim and Ateng varieties. It is processed using the natural method, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by notes of ripe tropical fruits such as mango, red berries, dates, and cocoa. The coffee offers a heavy body with a sweet and slightly funky profile.
