This natural-processed coffee is sourced from the Serra Dos Borges farm in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, grown at an altitude between 1,000 and 1,300 meters. It features a blend of Arara and Red Catuai varieties. The cup profile is rich and sweet, offering distinct tasting notes of figs, milk chocolate, and butterscotch, with additional characteristics of cherry and muscovado sugar.
