A specialty coffee from Finca La Era in San Andrés de los Gama, Temascaltepec, Estado de México, grown at 2,100 meters above sea level. Produced by Lucero Caballero, this coffee is the Typica variety and is available in three processing methods: Washed (Lavado), Honey (Enmielado), and Natural.
