Produced by Julio Madrid and Andrés Quiceno, this Castillo variety coffee is processed using a Honey Culturing, Anaerobic method involving fermentation starters and natural flavors from fruits and aromatic plants. Roasted light/medium, it delivers tasting notes of Banana Milkshake, Jackfruit, Blueberry, Toffee, and Vanilla Ice Cream. Cup score: 88.25. Harvested January 2022.
