Smoothie Espresso is a single-origin Colombian coffee from La Riviera farm in Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda, grown at 1700 masl. Produced by Julio Madrid and Andrés Quiceno, third-generation coffee growers, using a Honey Culturing Anaerobic process with fermentation starters and natural flavors from fruits and aromatic plants. The Castillo variety is medium roasted and offers a velvety, smooth mouthfeel with tasting notes of Banana Milkshake, Toffee, Blueberry, Melon, and Vanilla Ice Cream. Cup score: 88.25. Harvested January 2023.
