Produced by Julio Madrid and Andrés Quiceno, this Castillo variety is processed using an Anaerobic Honey Culturing method involving fermentation starters and natural aromatic inputs. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing, it features a vibrant, smoothie-like profile with tasting notes of mango, ripe banana, lychee, s'mores, raspberry, and date syrup.
