It features a Caturra Bourbon varietal processed using an anaerobic washed method. The coffee is medium roasted for espresso and scored 88.00 on the cup score, with dominant purple fruit characteristics and tasting notes of blueberry cheesecake, purple grape, acai, and creaminess.
