This is our first time featuring a coffee from Peru, and it was worth the wait. Sitting somewhere between a light and medium roast, there’s a lot to love about this coffee. As an espresso, it’s syrupy and citrus forward. As a filter brew, it’s floral and fruity. In a milk-based beverage, it’s rich and chocolatey. Lost & Found Coffee Company is a Portland, Oregon based specialty roaster that launched its roasting program in 2023 after several years of education and experimentation. The company sources single origin coffee directly from Central American smallholder farmers, building relationships around fair pricing and sharing each producer's story on every bag. The roastery operates in small batches with a focus on freshness, roasting weekly and shipping nationwide. Multiple café locations across Portland's southwest neighborhoods serve the coffee alongside a growing direct to consumer online operation.
