Producers in this upper region of Palestina cultivate approximately 2,750 hectares of coffee. The microclimate and conditions create coffees that are more acidic and delicate compared to other Huila coffees, with fruity notes. The flavor profile includes chocolate, orange, cherry, almond, stone fruits, and citrus, with balanced acidity and sweetness.
