This coffee is a Bourbon varietal from Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is fully washed and produced at an altitude of 1100–1300 masl. The roast is light, optimized for filter brewing, and flavor notes include Tangerine, Hazelnut, and Butterscotch.
