A single origin decaf coffee from Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, produced by ASOPEP. Grade 1 Arabica with varieties Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo, grown at 1400–1900 masl and harvested in November 2021. Decaffeinated using the Washed EA (Ethyl Acetate) process by Descafecol, the only decaffeination operation at origin in Colombia. Medium roast with tasting notes of toasted marshmallow, caramel, strawberry, and graham cracker. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cup score: 83.00.
