This coffee is a single-producer lot from Jonathan Ngoga's farm in Rwanda, processed at the Rugali washing station. The cherries are hand-sorted, floated, and pulped before undergoing a 12-hour fermentation in concrete tanks. Following fermentation, the coffee is washed, graded by density, and dried for approximately 30 days. This vibrant coffee features a flavor profile characterized by honeycomb sweetness and yuzu.
