A natural macerated coffee from Finca Tapula in Zongolica, Puebla, Mexico, grown at 946 meters above sea level. Produced by Martina Luna Gaona, winner of the Yara CHAMPION Coffee Program 2021. This coffee won second place (silver) at the Premio Orgullo Puebla competition with 89.92 cupping points. The Typica variety is processed using a macerated natural method. Flavor notes include cooked agave, green grape, starfruit, wine, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry yogurt, lemon, piloncillo, and citric cherry.
