A Bourbon Criollo coffee from Finca Omeyolot, produced by Belén Arias Reyes in Cuamila, Tlaola, in the Sierra Norte de Puebla, Mexico, at an altitude of 1,125 to 1,300 meters above sea level. Available in Washed (Lavado), Honey, and Natural processing methods. Belén leads a group of seven families dedicated to specialty coffee production using environmentally respectful practices. The farm name "Omeyolotl" means "two hearts" in Nahuatl, reflecting the collaborative spirit of the project.
