A washed coffee from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, sourced from the Lamari River Valley Coffee Gardens — a collective of smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1,700–2,000 masl on rich volcanic soil. Varieties include Arusha, Blue Mountain, Bourbon, and Typica. Hand-picked cherries are processed at a central mill. Roasted to a medium profile, the cup offers notes of brown sugar, tangerine, dark chocolate, roasted almond, and a clean finish. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
