This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Laboyos Valley in the Huila region of Colombia. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1340 and 1800 meters, this Caturra variety coffee is fully washed and sun-dried. It offers a lively cup profile characterized by bright, citrus-like acidity, a round and smooth body, and gentle sweetness. Tasting notes include red fruits, resulting in a vibrant and approachable coffee.
