This coffee is sourced from the Sitio Belis community mill in Atok, Benguet, located in the Cordillera mountain range on the island of Luzon, Philippines. Grown at an altitude of 1400–1700 meters, this coffee is produced by 72 farming families. It is an Orange Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. The cup is characterized by an elegant and complex profile with high sweetness and balanced acidity, featuring tasting notes of Braeburn apple, blood orange, and milk chocolate.
