This organic coffee from Peru is grown on the eastern slopes of the Andes in the Rodriguez de Mendoza province in the Amazonas region. It is cultivated at altitudes between 1500-1800 meters above sea level by a cooperative of approximately 360 local farmers who practice responsible and ecological coffee cultivation. The coffee is Grade 1 and processed using the washed method. The varieties include Bourbon, Catimor, and Typica, with flavor notes of milk chocolate, dried apricot, and caramel.
