This micro-lot coffee comes from the Cajamarca region of Peru, produced by Liliana Heredia as part of the Los Mujeres Resilients de PAWQARA project. The project works with a female-led group of coffee producers who produce small volumes of high-quality coffee. This is a Gesha variety coffee that has been washed processed.
