This coffee is a single-origin lot from Peru grown by Erlan Peralta at 1,900m elevation and processed naturally. Light roasting is recommended to preserve aromatics such as orange blossom, with flavor notes of brown sugar and raspberry.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg.
