Dionisio Pintado grows Bourbon and Caturra at 1800-1850 meters in the Alto Ihuamaca community, in the northernmost reaches of the Peruvian Andes. He named his farm Agua Cristalina after a nearby spring with crystal clear waters. The cherries are selectively picked and washed in small batches to preserve the farm's terroir, yielding a fruity espresso character with soft, balanced acidity that shows Rainier cherry, mandarin orange, and tamarind.
