This coffee is from Madan Estate in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, specifically from Madan Village at 1600 meters altitude. The farm is now operated by producer Peter W. Pena. The coffee is washed processed and features Arusha, Bourbon, and Typica varieties. The flavor profile includes rich and fruity notes of plum, blackcurrant, and spice.
