This Panama Gesha is cultivated at 1,800 meters on the volcanic slopes of Volcan by producers Kyle Snider and Larry Kolek. The coffee undergoes a honey process, which enhances its natural fruit sweetness while maintaining the tea-like elegance characteristic of the Gesha variety. The flavor profile features floral notes of honeysuckle, zesty orange peel, and ripe, juicy mango, concluding with a lingering honeyed finish. This light roast is recommended for filter and pour-over brewing methods.
