This coffee is a Gesha variety from Finca Los Pozos in the Volcan region of Chiriquí, Panama, grown at an altitude of 1750 to 1900 meters. It is processed using an anaerobic natural method, specifically the Dynamic Cherry process, which enhances sweetness and aromatic depth. The cup is vibrant and expressive, featuring distinct flavor notes of tart cranberry, juicy tropical papaya, and a delicate floral hibiscus finish. This light roast is recommended for filter and pour-over brewing methods.
