A Green tip Geisha from Ponderosa Coffee Estate in Panama, grown on the slopes of Volcan Baru at 1,550 meters altitude, farmed by owner Gilberto Cardoze and process manager Edgar Gutierrez. The coffee undergoes an 80-hour controlled yeast fermentation using a honey method, with mucilage preserved, then dried slowly for 40 days under controlled conditions. The resulting cup features exceptional clarity, pronounced florals, vibrant sweetness, and a silky, lingering finish.
