Grown at an elevation of 1600 meters, this rare "elephant bean" variety is managed by the Rios Saraceni family. The coffee undergoes a proprietary processing method. It features a delicate and complex flavor profile with notes of pomelo, nectarine, floral, crisp apple, and a caramel finish.
