This coffee is a Green Tip Gesha variety from the family-owned Janson Farm in Chiriqui, Panama, grown at an altitude of 1,700 meters. It is a washed process coffee. The flavor profile is delicate and tea-like, featuring notes of strawberry, raspberry, plum, rose, orange blossom, and honey. The roast level is light, offering a bright and fruity cup.
