This coffee is a Green Tip Geisha from Hacienda las Lagunas (Lot 150), located in the Volcán region of Panama's Highlands at 1,350 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Barú Volcano. Harvested on January 27, 2023, and processed using a natural method with 48 hours of fermentation, then dried on open raised beds for 9 days. The farm, Janson Coffee, is a family-owned estate founded in 1941, recognized multiple times at the Best of Panama competition.
