Processed using CCD's proprietary Anaerobic Static Cherry Natural method. Harvested in March 2021 and roasted light/medium for filter brewing. Cup score: 90.00. The cup is described as fruit-forward and vibrant with tasting notes of strawberry, red plum, cacao liqueur, dried dates, and orange zest, with a silky body and lingering finish.
