This Panama Gesha is produced by Marcus Duran at Finca Lorayne in the Boquete region of Chiriquí at 1600 meters altitude. The coffee undergoes a semi-washed process, where a small amount of mucilage is left on the bean during drying to enhance sweetness. It features a bright and elegant profile with delicate floral notes of white tea, a vibrant burst of juicy lychee, and a structured sweetness reminiscent of concord grape. This light roast is recommended for filter and pour-over brewing methods.
