This coffee is a Gesha variety from the Bambito estate in Panama, grown at an altitude of 1750 meters. It is a washed coffee, processed by depulping the cherries while retaining the mucilage, followed by a 36-hour fermentation and drying on African raised beds. The flavor profile features notes of white floral, eucalyptus, orange, and peach. The Bambito estate is operated by the Sittón family and benefits from a unique microclimate created by two mountain ridges and natural spring water.
