Falda 1800 is a washed Geisha from the Lamastus Family Estates in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1,800 meters above sea level, partially within the Barú Volcano National Park. Shade-grown in rich volcanic soils, the cherries are hand-picked by native Ngobe-Buglé Indians at full maturity. This lot (PA1504) was offered at the "Axis of Elevation: Legacy in Motion" auction. The coffee presents bright citrus, refined florals, and a tea-like body, shaped by cool elevation and wild surroundings.
