This coffee is a single-origin Pachamama from Peru, produced as a Caturra variety and washed process. It is roasted to a medium roast and offers flavor notes of sweet apple, chocolate, and cherry. The coffee is grown at 1,900–2,100 meters and is sold as a whole bean / multiple bag sizes by Modern Standard Coffee.
