This blend brings together three distinct components: a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Bishan Fugu Farmer Association, grown between 1900 and 2250 meters and dried on raised beds; a washed Guatemalan from José Fernando López's farm in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, cultivated at 1850 to 2050 meters and dried on patios; and a washed Kenyan from Nyeri at 2050 meters. The natural Ethiopian contributes fruit-forward sweetness and body, while the washed Guatemalan and Kenyan components add brightness and structure. The result is a bright, fruit-driven cup with flavors of red grape, nectarine, and dried cherry.
