Nyungwe is a Rwanda-origin coffee from Nyamasheke District. It is processed using a natural/dry method, with tasting notes of strawberry, raspberry, and crème brûlée. Brewed for drip, the coffee is described as grown at high elevation in Western Rwanda with a slow ripening process contributing to a more complex cup.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together. They started by roasting beans for themselves and their friends, which eventually blossomed into a full-fledged business. Their approach is centered on sourcing exceptional, certified organic coffees and roasting them to be smooth, balanced, and inviting.
