This washed coffee is sourced from Nyeri Hill Estate in the Nyeri region of Kenya. It is a blend of SL28, SL34, Batian, and Ruiru 11 varieties. The cherries undergo a process of pulping, fermentation, and washing before being dried on raised beds. The flavor profile features floral aromatics followed by notes of blackcurrant and redcurrant juice, characterized by a syrupy sweetness and a bright, juicy acidity in the finish.
