This coffee is from the Nuevo Horizonte farm in Colombia, produced by Elmer Sarmiento. It is a single origin coffee made from Red Colombia variety beans, processed using washed method at 2000 meters altitude in the Huila region. The coffee offers a full-bodied, juicy, and balanced cup with notes of orange peel, cherry, and black tea.
