A natural processed decaf coffee from Huila, Colombia, cultivated by a collective of farmers at 1,800 meters altitude. The coffee features flavor notes of strawberry, lemongrass, and hazelnut. After drying, the beans were decaffeinated using the sugarcane method.

They roast in small batches and are known for their omni roast style, creating profiles that are sweet, balanced, and suitable for all brewing methods, allowing the origin to be the hero.
