This single origin coffee comes from Nicaragua, grown along the inactive Momotombo volcano on the shore of Lake Xolotlán, opposite the capital city of Managua. The coffee is cultivated at altitudes between 1000-1450 meters above sea level. It is processed using the washed method and is 100% Arabica. The flavor profile features delicate citrus notes combined with hazelnut and milk chocolate.
