This single-origin Nepal coffee from Godak Farm in Bhirkune Village, Nuwakot District is grown at 1250-1350 meters altitude. The blend of Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties underwent anaerobic natural processing with extended fermentation. The cup profile features bright citrus notes with mandarin jam and orange blossom, transitioning to dessert-like sweetness of sticky toffee pudding.
