This Pink Bourbon coffee is grown by Wilton Benitez at Granja Paraiso 92 in the Cauca region of Colombia at 1900 meters altitude. The coffee undergoes a complex inoculation process involving yeast fermentation before being decaffeinated using sugarcane. It features a light roast profile with delicate floral notes of rose water, complemented by a sweetness reminiscent of sorbet and brown sugar. The cup offers a light body and a sweet finish.
