This natural processed coffee comes from Ta Ngo Village in Myanmar, specifically Lot DN-52. It is a Catuai variety processed using the natural method. The coffee is produced through the Behind the Leaf project, a micro-mill operation located outside the township of Pinlaung. The project works with nearby villages to produce higher quality coffee while supporting sustainable development in remote communities. The lot tastes similar to their previous Pa-O Anaerobic Natural offering.
