This natural processed coffee from Ethiopia is grown by approximately 750 small producers in Mundayo at over 1,950 meters above sea level in Nensebo, West Arsi, Oromia. The coffee features various JARC and Landrace varieties. Ripe cherries are handpicked, manually sorted, and dried on raised beds at the AASH washing station over 20 to 25 days. The coffee is roasted for espresso and offers flavor notes of milk chocolate, strawberries, and floral characteristics. Most farms are organic by nature with minimal use of fertilizers or pesticides, and work is done manually throughout the cultivation and processing stages.
