Monsun Malabar is a coffee from India with a unique processing method. The coffee beans are exposed to moist monsoon winds, reminiscent of the original coffee shipping methods from India in the late 1600s. This exposure gives the coffee its special character: dark, soft, mild, and completely without acidity.
