A decaf coffee from Cauca, Colombia, grown by Grupo San Augustin Los Cauchos at 1800–2000 meters altitude. The coffee features Caturra and Typica varieties, processed using a washed method followed by oxygen sugarcane decaffeination at origin. Roasted to a medium level, it offers flavor notes of caramel, cinnamon, and candied oranges.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots. With head roaster Jessie leading the vision, they believe all coffees should be drunk with excitement, sourcing some of the most adventurous varietals and processes in the coffee landscape.
