A naturally processed single-origin coffee from Finca El Pantano in the Santas Marias, Tacambaro area of Michoacán, Mexico, grown at 2,100 meters above sea level. Produced by Javier Jiménez Segundo, the coffee is cultivated in forested terrain under the shade of avocado and oak trees. The variety is Typica, and it is roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
