A honey-processed coffee from Finca El Pantano, located in the Santas Marias area of Tacambaro, Michoacán, Mexico, at an altitude of 2,100 meters above sea level. Produced by Javier Jiménez Segundo, the coffee is grown on forested terrain under the shade of avocado and oak trees. The variety is Typica, roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
